Interval is a space for our neighborhood to get together over coffee and food. It’s a space for you to feel at home, relax, and collaborate with our great community.

Our goal is to serve you with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in order to celebrate our region and each other. Our coffee comes from Interval’s owner and local coffee roaster, Ryan Hoban, featuring a menu of ever-changing coffees and specialty drinks.

Our food features a hyper-seasonal menu of Scandinavian-inspired plates and homemade pastries to serve you throughout the day.

We are also excited to announce the opening of The Corner Store, a small general store featuring to-go items made in-house, local goods created by artists, a natural wine selection from around the world
